Shipping

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, it usually takes 3-4 weeks for us to prep and pack your order. We will then be contacting you to schedule a date and time for delivery. Please contact us for delivery rates.

2. Shipping & Tracking

Once your order leaves our Warehouse, we’ll send you a Shipment Tracking email with tracking details and an estimated arrival date.

Important: We can't guarantee exact pickup or delivery dates, as weather conditions may cause delays.

3. Unboxing & Checking Your Order

When your order arrives, inspect it carefully and take pictures of the shipment on the trailer.

If anything is missing or damaged please send photos to info@rrhoophouses.com within 24 hours.

Important notes:

You are responsible for unloading the truck—not the driver.

Order pickup information

At RR Hoophouses, we strive to make your pickup process smooth and efficient.

We will contact you in advance to confirm that your order is ready and to schedule the pickup date and time.
Orders can range in weight from 2 lbs to 2,000 lbs and in size up to 12x4x2.
We recommend using a 12’ long truck for pickup
Once your order is loaded, we will provide a copy of the order and arrange for payment if necessary.

We offer onsite tours of our Hoop Houses and Gardens, complete with live demonstrations for those interested. For any questions or to schedule your pickup, please contact us. We appreciate your business!
